Happy Canada Day! What Should I Wear??

So tomorrow is Canada Day and Im a bit unsure of what to wear. No question about the festive makeup though- because theres no way in heck I'd go out in red eyeshadow!

I think I'm going to spend the day drinking beers and having fun with my closest friends.
I'm contemplating which of my red sparkly night on the town (ermm..more like whole entire day in the backyard  haha) shoes to wear.

What do you think?
Hope you all have an amazing Friday Night & Canada Day!!

Makeup Haul!

Hey Dolls!
So heres my weekly Thursday post - as promised! I went to Sephora and MAC and spent a bundle..as to be expected. Saving up those Beauty Insider points lol!

1) NARS Eyeshadow in Mekong (brown) and Night Fairy (purple)

Nars eyeshadows run me about $32 dollars. Double what most eyeshadows sell for, but they also have 2.2 grams of pure colour packed in there, which is also double the amount of most eyeshadows. In a MAC shadow, there is only 1.17 grams.
 2) Lancome Eyeshadow in Kitten Heel
Okay, this looks tacky in the photo. But I`ve been using it on brides and they fall in love! It is so multi-faceted, but it is mainly a pink with gold shimmer. It is so creamy and easy o blend. Horray Lancome!

 3) MUFE Aqua Cream 9.
This is a coral pink. I use it as a lip colour because i find it a bit hard to blend, even as a lipcolour, I mis it with a gloss, usually NARS Turkish Delight so it moves around the lip better. This is my new HG lip colour - it wont budge for hours!

 4) MAC 4 Pan Palette
From left to right: Satin Taupe, Woodwinked, Tempting, and Carbon.
Palette 2 - Shroom,
All that Glitters, Swiss Chocolate, and Mystery.

What can I say about MAC that hasnt been said before. Theyre eyeshadows are excellent quality, wonderful blend-ability and colour payoff, not to mention the convenience of the palettes, which is a dream for me! Instead of hauling around 8 separate shadows, I throw these stackable pans in, and voila! Boy , do I sound like a commercial yet? haha.

 5) Too Faced Diamond Gloss in Fire and QUO Powder Foundation in Soft Beige.
This is my second Too Faced purchase. I`m very impressed with them! This gloss is a sheer light pink with gold shimmer. Notice I said shimmer, not sparkle.
The QUO purchase is for an upcoming client, cant comment much on it as of yet, but it was a medium to full coverage and great consistency.

 6) Smashbox Blush in Flush

Sheer tone light pink loaded with cute shimmer! One of my clients gave this to me after we bonded over makeup! I have the best clients in the world.

7) Too Faced Primed and Poreless and MUFE HD PowderThe Too Faced doubles as a primer and as a finishing powder. Wow! It works wonderfully as a finishing veil, have yet to try it as a primer. It makes your skin silky smooth!
The MUFE packaging drives me crazy - everytime I open it there is major spillage, so I`m thinking of putting a sift in it so I can control the amount that comes out. It has a fragrance to it, which doesnt bother me.

8) QUO False Eyelashes in 801.
I was looking for some lashes at Shoppers, looking for something similiar to the Ardell 110 lash. Unfortunately, Ardell isnt sold there so this was the closest dupe I could find. It cost me about 3 dollars more though *sigh*
